Quick answer
Enter your sticker size, bleed and the spacing between stickers to see how many fit on a 12 × 18 inch sheet in both orientations, with the layout drawn. Our price list is built on a 12 × 18 inch cutting area; the figure here is a planning estimate and never changes a price.
Best layout
Pieces per sheet

5 across × 8 down
Sheets needed

A planning aid: real jobs also need registration marks and cutter margins.
How it works
- 1Leave the sheet at 12 × 18 inches (our price-list cutting area) or change it to plan another size.
- 2Enter the trimmed sticker width and height, the bleed (extra artwork beyond the cut line) and the spacing between neighbouring stickers.
- 3Optionally add a quantity and a waste allowance to see how many sheets that needs.
- 4Compare the portrait and rotated layouts and the yield our price list assumes.
What to keep in mind
- This is a simple grid, not an optimal nesting solver: mixed orientations or interlocking shapes can fit more, and round or irregular shapes are laid out on their bounding box.
- Spacing is the clear space between neighbouring bleed edges. It is not added around the outside of the sheet and is never counted twice.
- 12 × 18 inches is the cutting area our price list uses. Whether your job can use the full paper size depends on the press and cutter, so confirm with us for a real job.
- Our online prices use their own cautious grid (no bleed, 0.125 inch spacing). If that is lower than the best layout here, the price stays based on the lower figure.
