Refund & reprint policy
Every prints.com.pk order is custom-made, so we don't offer change-of-mind refunds. What we do offer is a clear guarantee when something is wrong on our side.

How do reprints and refunds work?
If an order arrives with a printing error we made, send photos on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Eligible claims are reprinted free or refunded.

Claim window
- Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the affected pieces and packaging.
- We reply within our support hours, Mon–Sat 9 AM–7 PM Pakistan time.
Eligible
What is reprinted or refunded
- Printing, cutting or material errors we made
- Lost or wrong packages are resolved by resend or refund
Not eligible
What is not refundable
- Approved-proof errors: typos or design mistakes in a proof you approved
- Colour variation on files supplied in RGB after we flagged the issue
- Change of mind on a custom-printed order
