Planning a Pakistani Wedding From Overseas: The Printing Checklist

Planning a shaadi in Pakistan from the UK, USA, Canada or the Gulf means most of the printing has to be organised remotely. This checklist puts the printed items in a sensible order.

The checklist

• Invitations and inserts — confirm wording, names and dates first; every typo in an approved proof is yours to catch.
• Favour boxes and tags — decide quantity after your guest list is final.
• Name and table stickers — often the last item to be finalised.
• Thank-you cards — ordered with the rest so they arrive together.

Timing

Production takes 7–10 working days after proof approval, plus delivery in Pakistan. Rush production takes 3–5 working days for a 30% surcharge, subject to availability. Order well ahead of the event, especially in the October–February wedding season.

Delivery to the venue

We deliver to any address in Pakistan — a home, a venue or a planner's office — and call the recipient before delivery, so you do not need to be there.
